Would my homeowners insurance cover my ruptured breast implant?
I was doing some work at my neighbors house when I fell in their garage. When I got up I noticed that one of my implants had ruptured. Do you think their homeowners insurance will cover that?

It is so unlikely for your breat implant to rupture as the result of a fall as to be almost an impossibility. The force needed to rupture the implant traumatically would have damaged the overlying skin and at least fractured some ribs. The most likely scenario is that if you fell onto your breast, you put pressure on an already ruptured implant, causing the contents to discharge and deform the breast. I only tell you this as the insurance company can (and should) defend this claim vigorously and I wouldn\'t like to see you embroiled in a legal battle that would be nigh on impossible to win
